Q: Why should you choose ClanCube?
A: ClanCube was built by two young gamers, who felt there was no real solution that covered all the elements that they required to run their clans. ClanCube is built specifically for clans as a Clan Management System. ClanCube includes all the basic features required by clans such as match results, profile and roster editing, forums, multiple game capability and much more (see features page for a list). Unlike other content management systems such as PNC and others we are dedicated to giving you a easy and straightforward way to managing your clan. We are also constantly updating ClanCube, adding more and more features to make the running of your clan site and your clan as a whole a lot easier.
Q: Can I get a free site?
A: There are circumstances whereby your clan can be sponsored by ClanCube and receive a free site, however we limit the ammount of sponsorships we provide.
Q: Can you get sponsored by ClanCube?
A: We do sponsor clans though we will approach you so do not approach us.
Q: Can I host the website or use my web hosting?
A: ClanCube is a private centralised system, it is not possible for it to be used anywhere but on our servers, source code will not be released at anytime.
Q: I bought my own domain can i use it with ClanCube?
A: Yes, If you contact a staff member we will point you in the right direction of how to set this up. You will need access to your domain panel, and DNS settings.
Q: Do you supply web space?
A: Yes, We are able to give you web space, for storing demo's and images. We do not allow websites to be hosted from the space we provide. Please contact a staff member for more details.
Q: How long does it take to set the site up?
A: Your ClanCube site will instantly be setup upon successful payment, If you experience a problem please contact a staff member immediately.
Q: Do you do custom themes?
A: Yes, we do supply custom themes though it depends on what is required etc. Prices will vary depending on complexity, time, etc. Contact a staff member to find out more.
Q: Can I get the site now but pay later?
A: This is not our standard procedure but we will allow this occasionally. People who take advantage of our generosity will no longer be able to buy a ClanCube site.
Q: I already have a clan solution, why should I switch to ClanCube?
A: We have outstanding support staff willing to help you have an easy experience using the ClanCube services. Compared to other clan solutions on the market we have immense functionality and flexibility. On top of that due to the fact that you already have an existing clan solution we may offer you discount if you choose migrate to our services. Contact us for futher details.
